We do not offer Return, refunds or replacements for any purchased items. However, we provide servicing for products to ensure they function properly.

To be eligible for servicing:

  1. The purchased item should be within the serviceable period as communicated at the time of purchase.

  2. The item must be in its original condition without any unauthorized modifications or tampering.

  3. If the item was purchased on sale, it will still be eligible for servicing as per our service terms.

Certain categories of products may not be eligible for servicing. Such exemptions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

For accepted service requests, once the item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you regarding the servicing process. If approved after the quality check, the service will be carried out as per our policies.
