1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across Tamil Nadu and selected locations in partner with leading courier service provider in India. If you are outside our shipping area, please contact us at 9600221220 / 9655413059 for assistance.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use reliable courier services and transport partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within Tamil Nadu: Delivered within 3–7 business days
• Selected Locations: Delivered within 24hrs for Selected Locations
• Bulky Items (Power Weeders, Milking Machines, etc.): Delivery may take 3–7 business days, depending on your location and transportation availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
• The shipping cost will be calculated, collected when the product reaches courier pickup point.
• Free shipping may be available for selected products or promotional offers (subject to terms and conditions).

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and contact us immediately.

8. Cancellation & Address Changes
